Neil Smith of Slippery Rock has been recognized as an outstanding campus leader in the 2012 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.He is a senior philosophy major at Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden Sydney, Virginia.Smith serves as chairman of the student court and as president of the Union-Philantropic Society.He is a member of the Pre-Law Society, the Madisonian Society, the International Club, the Chess Club and the honor society Omicron Delta Kappa.Smith is a graduate of Slippery Rock High School and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Smith of Slippery Rock.———
