Samuel Dowdy of Sarver, is a member of Kappa Delta Pi at Ashland University.Dowdy will spend his spring break volunteering with the Columbus, Ga., area Habitat for Humanity as part of the national Collegiate Challenge.Dowdy is majoring in integrated social studies.He is the son of Jonathan and Kathleen Dowdy of Sarver and a 2009 graduate of Central High School.
