STUDENT DIRECTORY

Two area students majoring in mathematics were selected by the Mathematics Department at Indiana (Pa.) University for scholarships.

Renee Clouse of Butler was selected for the Dr. Willard W. Hennemann Jr. Memorial Scholarship.

She is the daughter of John and Vicki Clouse and is a 2010 graduate of Butler High School. She is a member of the IUP Preservice Teachers of Mathematics Association.

Kaitlyn Selfridge of Cabot, formerly of Saxonburg, is the recipient of the James A. Boytim Scholarship and the Mildred M. Reigh Memorial Scholarship.

She is married to Dane Selfridge and is the daughter of Mary Ann and Ray Grzywinski of Saxonburg. She is a 2010 graduate of Knoch High School. Selfridge is a community assistant, math tutor, member of Phi Eta Sigma honor society and the Golden Key honor society.

Jessica Bailey of Parker received a Grand Lodge Higher Education Four Year Scholarship from the Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation.

Bailey was eligible as the granddaughter of Keith Double, a member of Parker City-Allegheny Valley Lodge Number 521.

Bailey will attend Case Western Reserve University and major in chemical engineering. She is the daughter of Richard and Lynette Bobbert and Stanley and Brenda Bailey of Parker.

The foundation is a charitable extension of the Grand Lodge of Masons in Pennsylvania.
