BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Cindy L. Anderson, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and retail theft, filed Dec. 23. Anderson was ordered to pay $691.74 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Phillip Baptiste, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed Dec. 23. Baptiste was ordered to pay $570.50 in fines and court costs.
William G. Blust III, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to keep right and driving on the left side of the road, filed Dec. 2 by township police.
Jonathan J. Curley, 33, of Pittsburgh waived to court two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 21 by township police.
Brad M. Eastep, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 25 by township police, Eastep was ordered to pay $440.50 in fines and court costs.
Jolena E. Harbison, 35, of Emlenton, Venango County, was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 15 by township police.
Justin N. Hite, 34, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 23 by township police, Hite was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.
Jessica L. Holley, 27, of Butler waived to court four counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property and two counts each of conspiracy to commit retail theft and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed in three separate cases Dec. 2 by township police.
Jena M. Kirmeyer, 18, of Evans City waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 30 by township police.
Deborah K. Krivak, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 2 by township police.
David Masdea, 42, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25 by township police. Masdea was ordered to pay $670.50 in fines and court costs.
John L. McClure, 32, of Prospect waived to court two counts of retail theft and charges of receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license, filed in separate cases Nov. 25 and Dec. 27 by township police.
James C. McKissick II, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and a seat belt violation, filed Oct. 30 by state police.
Jeremy R. Miller, 20, of Prospect was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy filed Nov. 19 by township police.
Thomas L. Odom, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, retail theft and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, filed Jan. 25 by township police.
Eric M. O'Donnell, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 26 by township police. O'Donnell was ordered to pay $441 in fines and court costs.
Tina M. Peck, 33, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Jan. 22 by state police.
Amber R. Porter, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 22 by township police.
John A. Puglisi, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 24 by township police. Puglisi was ordered to pay $632.50 in fines and court costs.
Kelly J. Ralston, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 25 by township police, Ralston was ordered to pay $440.50 in fines and court costs.
Donald J. Rasely, 63, of Butler waived to court four counts of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Nov. 8 by state police.
Daniel M. Rodgers, 32, of Butler waived to court two counts of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Jan. 14 by state police.
Mark R. Springer, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 24 by township police. Springer was ordered to pay $632.50 in fines and court costs.
Timothy C. Waits, 50, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 11 by township police.
Denny J. Winner Jr., 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of providing false information while attempting to buy a gun and making a false statement, filed Dec. 24 by township police.
