Mason Montag scored 16 points and Ethan Morton added 15 as the Butler seventh grade White basketball team defeated Seneca Valley, 53-49, recently.

Todd Verner added 12 points in the win. Butler (8-4) sank 10 of its final 11 free throws to seal the win.

Steven Green, 12, of Butler took second place in the 12-under, 105-pound class at the recent Titusville Youth Paul Johnson Memorial Tournament.
