Butler Junior High wrestler Saavon Mosby completed an undefeated season at 29-0 by scoring a 3-1 decision over a previously unbeaten Connellsville wrestler in the 210-poundfinals of the District VII Championships.

This event involved 53 teams. Butler placed 13th overall.

Mosby secured a takedown in the final 20 seconds of the match to get the win. Also placing for Butler were Riley Burdine at 250 pounds (fourth), Sam Lambermont at 165 (fifth) and Jack Codispot at 105 (eighth).

The Area VII state qualifier is Sunday at North Hills.
