The Penn Christian Academy girls basketball team finished in second place in the Eden Christian Academy Tournament over the weekend, defeating New Castle Christian, 11-7.

Ellie Norman and Katelyn Shaver scored four points each, Shaver adding more than 10 rebounds.

In earlier action, Shaver had six points and Carlie Baker four in a 12-2 win over Cheswick Christian Academy. Penn Christian Academy opened the tourney with a 32-16 loss to Eden Christian despite Ellie Norman’s six points.
