Stephanie and Daniel Forbes

Stephanie Weston and Daniel Forbes were united in marriage June 28 at First English Lutheran Church in Butler. The Rev. James Dollhopf officiated. A reception followed at the American Legion 778.

The bride is the daughter of Samuel and Joyce Weston of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Michael and Vickie Forbes of Connoquenessing and Rebecca Olsen of Florida.

The honor attendant was Kelsey Gold of Butler. Bridesmaids were Carolyn Gray of Meadville, Shawna Wandell of Butler and Amy Gerber of Meadville. Flower girls were Eva Cantera-Sloan of Butler and Lilly Weston of Sanford, N.C.

Performing the duties of best man was Adam Collins of Cranberry Township. Ushers were Jeremy Mosher of Buffalo, N.Y.; Ryan Mosher of Syracuse, N.Y., and Mark Dietrich of Butler.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and 2007 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works as a math teacher for Glade Run St. Stephen's Lutheran Academy in Zelienople.

The bridegroom graduated in 2003 from Butler High School and in 2007 from Grove City College. He works as an electrical engineer for Bechtel Plant Machinery in Monroeville.

Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Cranberry Township.
