ADAMS TWP — Mars Middle School seventh-grader Adrian Zugehar won the 26th annual Mars Geography Bee Wednesday at Mars Centennial School.
Adrian now will complete a written exam that will be mailed to the state Geography Bee to see if he qualifies for the state competition. State winners go to the National Geography Bee in Washington, D.C., in May.
Eight-grader Dustin Bauer took second place and seventh-grader Luke Harvey took third.
Other participants were Anastasia Bonifate, Justin Lee, Jenna Protho, Will Allison, Jacob Luedy and Paul Olsen.
