Rebekah Kalberer, a sixth grade student at Butler Middle School, was awarded third place in the Physical Science-Junior division at the Pittsburgh Regional Science and Engineering Fair at Heinz Field. She also was nominated for the Broadcom Masters competition. More than 1,200 students competed at the fair.
