Rock Elite 12-U 3rd at IUP tourney
INDIANA — The Rock Elite 12-and-under softball team placed third at the Indiana (Pa.) University Summer Showcase this weekend.
The finish qualified the team for the USSSA World Series.
Members of the team are Julianna Hutchinson (Slippery Rock), Lizzie Malczak (Grove City), Bella Burrelli (Neshannock), Sammie Pykare (Badger), Autumn Black (Hermitage), Kelly Park (Reynolds), Macy McCall (Slippery Rock), Ayslyn Duffy (Slippery Rock), Mikayla Smith (Badger) and Mia Greco (Neshannock).
