[naviga:h3]Mindfulness event at library[/naviga:h3]
CRANBERRY TWP — Kristen Lane, certified health coach and yoga instructor, will visit the Cranberry Public Library, 2525 Rochester Road, to demonstrate mindfulness painting starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Mindfulness painting engages all the senses. The purpose of mindfulness painting is not to create a work of art. It’s to allow the rhythmic movement of the brush to serve as a moving meditation.
Participants receive a blank canvas and a choice of colorful paints.
There is a supply fee for this program, payable at the event. Class is very limited and registration is required. To register or for more information, visit www.cranberrylibrary.org or call 724-776-9100 ext. 1123.
