CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Nicole Alena Boling, 29, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving, filed Sept. 16.

May Adele Craig, 58, of East Brady pleaded guilty to a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 25. Her fine and court costs totaled $483.50

Mary Ruth Dehner, 50, of Marienville, Forest County, was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed July 7.

Cole Vincent Hutchison, 20, of Harrisville pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed May 12. His fine, court costs and restitution totaled $936.15.

Brian William Kumpfmiller, 38, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed June 9. His fine and court costs totaled $159.50.

David Michael Mariotti, 53, of Petrolia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, vehicle entering or crossing roadway, careless driving, and failure to use safety belt, filed Sept. 25.

Sara Michelle Mazur, 33, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 13.

Russell S. Miller, 49, of Karns City waived to court charges of impersonating a public servant, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 24.

Robert Shane Reed, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 2.
