Runkle

Alice S. Runkle, 88, of Harmony died Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Oct. 18, 1917, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Joseph and Anna Maguire Spear. Mrs. Runkle was an active member of the St. Gregory Roman Catholic Church, Zelienople.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Lydic of Castle Rock, Wash.; two sons, William D. Runkle Jr. of Harmony and Paul D. Runkle of Latrobe; 12 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Runkle Sr., who died July 3, 1985, and two sons.

<B>RUNKLE</B> — A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Alice S. Runkle, who died Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at 10 a.m. Friday at the St. Gregory Roman Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, with the Rev. Robert M.
