Janet L. Beckwith Harbison, 80, of Saxonburg died Friday at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.

Born Oct. 17, 1925, in Wetmore, McKean County, she was the daughter of William and Hildegard Burgeson Beckwith.

She retired in 1991 as a nurse's aide for VNA. She enjoyed sewing, dolls, making jewelry and reading.

Mrs. Harbison was a member of Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are her husband Lloyd Harbison, whom she married July 27, 1984; a daughter, Mrs. Susan Bernat of Apollo; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Dennis (Elaine) Rickard of Saxonburg; a sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Mary Jo) Hannold of Kane; and two brothers, Robert Beckwith of Ludlow and Donald Beckwith of Barnes; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.

<B>HARBISON </B>— Visitation will be private. Services for Janet L. Beckwith Harbison, who died Friday, June 16, 2006, will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W.
