I am Rowdy's sister-in-law and it just angers me to know that John Cartwright is going to get by with this horrible crime. I feel that he should be put behind bars and that the key should be thrown away. The state needs to take action and charge this man with vehicular homicide. This man had no right to be behind the wheel of the truck that evening or anytime for that matter. This man needs to own up to his responsibility.

Please be praying for the other two men who were in the accident as they are still in the hospital with serious/critical conditions.
