I don't understand why in the heck the man driving the truck that killed my uncle isn't in jail already. How does it take three to four weeks to kfind out that he murdered my uncle. He had a license to kill. Why did the state return his license? Did his doctor release him to drive again, if so, why? My uncle has been forced to leave behind a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters. He also had to leave behind two grandchildren that he thought soooo much of.

The driver of the truck not only took the life of my uncle but ruined many other lives.

If this man does not get put behind bars, many people will be very angry, and will wonder about our justice system.
