Jonathan D. Tridenti, 16, of New Castle, passed Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

He was the son of James R. Tridenti (April Shepard) and Jamie Hennon (Mike); the brother of James R. “JJ” Tridenti Jr., Riley and Jaxon Hennon, and Hayden, Brooke and Willow Shepard; and the grandson of Dave and Donna Schearing, Linda and Rich Turkaly, Gail and the late Robert Tridenti and Mark and Jacqueline Mellinger.

He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jonathan fought Lafora disease for over two years. Jon lived each day with bravery, happiness and love. He never stopped smiling and laughing and his spirit never wavered.

TRIDENTI — Visitation for Jonathan D. Tridenti, who died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026, will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at NEELY FUNERAL HOME, 2208 Mount Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, Pa.

A blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, at the funeral home.
