The hearing or arraignment in question never took place because Rasely waived his hearing and now will have what is called a status conference on Jan 29th followed by a pre-trial coference on February 14th (how appropriate) and then jury selection would start with a trial date set for February 26th. I saw him yukking it up on Main Street this past weekend. I resisted the urge to punch him.
