Anne Celestin, 81, of Miramar, Fla., died Thursday at the home of her son, Cody D. Celestin, in Butler.

Born Dec. 14, 1925, in Haiti, she was the daughter of Oralus Dorvil and Frazia Edouard.

She was a Protestant.

Mrs. Celestin worked at Rockland State Hospital, in Rockland County, New York.

Mrs. Celestin is survived by her husband, J. George Celestin; two sons, Cody D. Celestin of Butler and Gerald Celestin of Columbus, Ohio; one daughter: Marie Celestin of Hollywood, Fla.; eight grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

She is also survived by two brothers, Bakus Dorvil of Haiti and Valaire Dorvil of Florida; two sisters, Germaine Dorvil and Suzanne Dorvil, both of Florida; and 15 nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Celestin was preceded in death by a sister.
