Daryl Metcalfe is the epitome of a hypocrite. On the one hand, he criticizes (rightly so)legislators who voted against the 2005 pay raise and then opted to take it in the form of unvouchered expenses after the vote passed. On the other hand, Metcalfe himself is now opting in on a pension scheme that he initially voted against. This pension scheme overhaul of 2001 will cripple the state in coming years. Metcalfe acknowledges this fact ... yet he still chooses to opt into it. And he casts himself out there as a reformer? A complete and utter fraud is more like it!
