Cahall

Nellie Mae Cahall, 89, of Zelienople, passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026.

Born Nov. 29, 1936, in Callery, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Theodore and Edith Mae Cashdollar Hutchman.

Nellie was a very hardworking woman. She was an inspiration to everyone. Nellie was not only a wonderful mother, but also a wonderful friend. She was very accepting and loyal to those around her. Nellie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Ernest and Casey (Linda) Cahall, and Kendel (the late John) Opperman; her grandchildren, Casey Jr., (Kelly), Kayla (Chris), Devon (Autumn), Joshua, Richard Jr. and Carly Mae; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Nellie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth A. Cahall Sr.; her son, Richard C. Cahall Sr.; her grandson, Koltan; her brother, Richard Hutchman; and her sisters, Elizabeth Hugh and Grace Harter.

CAHALL — Friends and family of Nellie Mae Cahall, who died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

Nellie will be laid to rest at Grace Church Cemetery in Harmony.
