Detectives recovered six bricks of suspected fentanyl and other substances while executing a search warrant on Federal Street in Butler, according to charges filed Sept. 29.

Andrew William Lucas, 46, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following the Feb. 12 incident.

Police said Lucas was found on the third floor of the Federal Street residence with a drawstring bag containing the suspected fentanyl, which is about 351 stamp bags. Police also found 11 stamp bags of an unidentified substance, 4.9 grams of suspected fentanyl and 3.7 grams of suspected cocaine.

Lucas’ preliminary hearing has not been scheduled.
