Cooling off
Noah Laslavic, 4, of Butler throws water on his sister Simone Laslavic on Monday with help from Addi Keene, 6, second from right, and Diana Laslavic, 12, on West Penn Street. The children finally had a chance to play in the sun after days of rain, but it was short-lived as storms came in today.
