Storm sparks power outage
PARKER — Storm damage Friday night caused about 3,500 Central Electric Cooperative members to experience power outages with the hardest hit areas being in Butler, Venango and Clarion counties.
Almost all of the members had power restored by Saturday morning.
Central Electric serves about 25,000 members in Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Mercer and Venango counties.
