Jason R. Abel, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and underage drinking, filed by Penn Township police, filed July 17.
Brian K. George, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, possessing drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed May 12 by Penn Township police.
Steven A. Kupec, 42, of Butler was held for court on charges of illegally possessing a firearm, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 7 by Middlesex Township police.
Richard J. Mitsch, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed July 17 by state police.
Jay C. Moog, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 21 by state police.
Zachary L. Newquist, 24, of Indiana, Pa., waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 21 by state police.

James R. Waxter, 55, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 10 by state police.
Clark E. Weber, 55, of Saxonburg waived to court five counts each of theft of services, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct, filed June 16 by state police.
