CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Brandon Todd Clark, 21, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle turning movements, filed by state police May 8.

James Franklin Ealy, 32, of Bruin waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, driving at a safe speed, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failure to use safety belt, filed by state police July 12.

Nikolas Alan Gaillot, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving under the influence of a controlled substance; driving with a suspended license; careless driving, and reckless driving, filed by state police July 10.

Edward Wesley Hall, 71, of Boyers waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely and careless driving, filed by state police July 17.

Bradley James Newcamp, 27, of Mars pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed by state police June 30. He was ordered to pay $1,381.50 in fines, costs and restitution.

Celeste Marie Opperman, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud, filed by state police June 25.

Zane S. Perry, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of substituting someone else’s urine for a drug test, filed by state police May 30. He was ordered to pay $295.50 in court costs and fines.

Junell Throne, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, reckless driving and driving with no rear lights, filed by state police July 30.

District Judge Kevin O’DonnellBUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:John W. O’Donnell, 32, of Lyndora waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance, filed Aug. 3 by Butler County Drug Task Force.Jaxmyn T. Sparks-Schuler, 20, of Manchester, Mo., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and retail theft, filed Aug. 4 by township police. Sparks-Schuler was ordered to pay $452 in fines and court costs.Matthew J. Carlson, 32, of Butler pled guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving unregistered vehicle, driving during suspension, and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, filed July 5 by state police. Carlson was ordered to pay $1,130 in fines and court costs.Donald J. Campbell, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed June 16 by township police. Campbell was ordered to pay $782 in fines and court costs.Thomas J. Pektas, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, filed Aug. 10 by township police.Adam M. Spinner, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving during a DUI related suspension, turning movements and required signals, and driving at an unsafe speed, filed June 25 by state police.Robert R. Saul Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 29 by township police.Colin S. Kelly, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of third offense DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, and reckless driving, filed July 30 by township police.Timeka V. Mason, 36, of Braddock waived to court charges of two counts of bad checks, filed May 28 by township police.Russell M. Digiacomo, 50, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the right side of the road, maximum speed limit, and occupant protection, filed July 10 by state police.Michael R. Golden, 18, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 19 by state police.Kimberly A. Safranek, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, possession instruments of crime, theft, and receiving stolen property, filed July 18 by township police.Joshua J. Wallis, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on roads laned for traffic, and careless driving, filed July 22 by township police.Jeremy L. Jones, 24, of Butler plead guilty to charges of criminal trespass, filed July 24 by township police.
