Clara Lee "Butchie" Garland, 50, of Zelienople died Sunday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born Aug. 6, 1956, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of John and Fay Gordon Vollrath.

She is survived by two sons, Chad W. and Chet D. Garland, both of Zelienople; two daughters, Jamie L. Wazenegger and her husband, Luke, of Ellwood City and Katie L. Slater of Zelienople; a brother, James Vollrath of Fenelton; and four sisters, Georgia Beasley of Creal Springs, Ill., Terri Zorn of Lancaster Township, Toni Frederick of Ellwood City and Tina Funkhouser of Mars. She also is survived by two grandchildren, Lidia and Morgan Wazenegger.
