Charlotte “Charlie” M. Williams, 76, of Washington Township, Parker, passed away early Monday morning, Sept. 28, 2026, at her residence.

Born in Butler on April 26, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Verna Walsh Kriley.

Charlie graduated from Knoch High School and Butler County Community College. She was Protestant by faith. Charlie was a member of the former Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 60.

She and her husband shared a deep passion for baseball with their sons, dedicating many years to coaching and helping to build local ball fields. Charlie was also a devoted booster and former PTO member at the former Washington Elementary School.

She is survived by her husband, Cecil “Sam” Williams Jr.; her sons, Samuel (Tammy) Williams III, of Grove City, and Michael (Dawn) Williams, of Parker; three sisters, Diane Harding, of Boyers, Laretta (Chris) Pflugh, of Saxonburg, and Pam (Jim) Fulerton, of Brookville; three brothers, James “Jim” (Pam) Kriley, of Butler, Eugene “Gene” (Rose) Kriley, of Butler, and Wayne (Pam) Kriley, of Saxonburg; and six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Ristity.

WILLIAMS — Friends of Charlotte “Charlie” M. Williams, who died Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at H. JACK BUZARD FUNERAL HOME, 201 S. Washington St., Eau Claire. Order of the Eastern Star services will be held at 6 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will take place on Friday at New Salem Cemetery in Annisville, Pa.
