GROVE CITY, Mercer County — Grove City police say they still are looking for a man who robbed a Citizens Bank branch about 11 a.m. Thursday, and expect FBI agents to visit the borough today.

The bank at 165 S. Broad St. was robbed by a white man wearing a denim shirt and jeans, police said.

Police also said he did not use a weapon during the robbery.

Police described the suspect as a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and is about 40 years old.

His getaway vehicle was a four-door car. Police said they expected to release more details regarding the case later today.

Bank officials declined to comment on the incident.

An alert was sent Thursday afternoon to all police departments in Butler County regarding an ongoing search for the suspect.
