A construction crew Monday works on the Pennsylvania State Department of Transportation’s $5.5 million project replacing Cox’s Corner, the intersection of Saxonburg Boulevard and Ekastown Road, in Clinton Township with a roundabout a little farther west. Cox’s Corner is a fork in the road with an uphill slope obscuring the view to oncoming traffic. A roundabout is a circular junction in which traffic flows in one direction around an island. Work is expected to be done in October.
