I wonder why the Butler Eagle seems to have such a soft spot for James Matson's untutored opinions. Isn't this the same idiot who recently opined that truckers shouldn't have to be bound by the law or the moral duty to respect human life by obeying yield signs whe operating their rigs? Why is this same blowhard featured over and over again in the Eagle's editorials? Is this publication really that starved for public opinion? I used to think his surprisingly well-spoken idiocy was amusing. Now I think he's downright dangerous.
