I'm not saying that all people on welfare are lazy. I don't mind using my paycheck to help people that are trying to help themselves, and don't have all the financial means to do so. If you need food stamps or cash assistance then you should have to have a job. People that sit at home, and do nothing to help themselves SHOULD NOT be allowed government help. I'm not talking of the ones that have disabilities, and aren't able to work. I'm speaking of the ones that are to lazy to get off the couch, or to doped up to get a job. How do you honestly feel about helping pay for the drug addicts in your community? Or helping the people that just don't want to work, and figure everyone else will take care of them? I for one don't want to spend part of my paycheck helping someone who refuses to help themselves.
