You do realize most of the persons of this culture that have had the most affects on what and how we do come from broken homes or orphanages. I think parents pushing there child to do better in school is not the best thing to improve.

I hear teachers all the time state """"I am raising these children"""" Exactly. They spend 6 hours a day at peak learning times. While most parents who work other jobs, not being in the education field spend on the average 2-3 hours at night (off peak learning hours). Who has more influence in the way a child learns. Please do not say the parent. A parent is a role model just a teacher. Except as I stated before the teacher doing a school year - school week should and will have more time for the child. That is their role to educate and learning skills. A parent has a much varying realm to attribute to the child. This is my last response to this article.
