Tracie, you really got off on a totlly different set of subjects. I believe the childcare workers often use "Oh It's for the safety of the child" as a good excuse. I also believe that if the teachers and childcare workers made an honest attempt to let parents know if there is a problem immediately, it could make a difference. Also, people in Butler City working with children appear to be too dramatic and often fail to use common sense, therefore creating more problems. I disagree with you. I think that people in charge of children should appropriately keep children occupied and do more activities that require physical energy and not be so punitive and constantly whine about wages. If you don't like it, QUIT! Parents have been put down enough, so now lets look at some other potential reason for these huge unsolvable problems, shall we. Please, lets start using some common sense when addressing behaviors. If you sit back and blame parents, how could you possibly be an effective childcare worker? That is another problem in Butler, constant gossip and put downs towards all these horrible parents that some of whom work for $8.00 an hour AND have to listen to people like you.
