John - I agree with you about the noxious odors coming from BASA these days. How anyone could even think of eating at any of the restuarants in the area of BASA is beyond me.

Your idea for BASA to "put a lid on it" is inventive though...perhaps they could put covers on all of the tanks and capture the methane to not only power their own facility, but to also power the neighboring homes and businesses, while at the same time control the odor releases. You might be onto something here.
