Douglas Arnold Jr., 39, of Prospect waived to court three count of altering vehicle documents or license plates, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance, filed July 24 by Middlesex Township police.
Brian D. Booth, 31, of Chicora waived to court a charge of theft, filed Aug. 3 by state police.
Amber L. Coward, 35, of Valencia waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 28 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Richard J. Coward, 40, of Valencia waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 28 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Craig P. Hortert, 19, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 1 by Penn Township police.
Thomas A. Huet, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed July 3 by Buffalo Township police.
Fredrick T. Leyland, 34, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving a vehicle without valid inspection, speeding and careless driving, filed July 1 by state police.
Harry D. Manges, 48, of Freedom, Beaver County, was held for court on charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 10 by state police.
Joshua J. Smart, 27, of Penn, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Aug. 1 by Penn Township police.
Lazaros A. Sotos, 27, of Cabot waived to court charges of trespass and theft, filed July 30 by state police.
Christopher J. Treleani Jr., 21, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 12 by state police. Treleani was ordered to pay $698 in restitution, fines and court courts.
Dennis A. Williams, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 1 by Penn Township police. Williams was ordered to pay $520.50 in fines and court costs.

Mack, 21, of Harrisville pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 6 by state police. Mack was ordered to pay $470.50 in fines and court costs.Traci L.
