BUTLER TWP — Two students were charged Thursday with making bomb threats at Butler Intermediate High School.

Butler Township police said a 15-year-old boy allegedly made separate threats Sept. 8 and Sept. 22 at the school, and has been charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and institutional vandalism.

The boy, police said, left his threats on bathroom stalls. Students were evacuated after the Sept. 8 threat was discovered.

The other suspect, a 12-year-old girl, is accused of writing a threat on a second-floor bathroom wall on Sept. 25.

She has been charged with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, police said.

Police did not identify the youths, who were both charged in Butler County Juvenile Court.
