CABOT — The Butler County Historical Society is planning an outside cleanup day at Cooper Cabin Pioneer Homestead from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

The cabin is located at 199 Cooper Road.

Volunteers are asked to bring weed trimmers, loppers and gloves. Limited tools will be available.

Drinks and lunch will be provided if the society knows how many people will attend.

The cleanup comes ahead of the society’s Pioneer Festival on Aug. 11.
