Michael J. Albert, 35, of Cabot was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 27 by Penn Township police.
Damian W. Andrews, 20, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Dec. 31 by Penn Township police.
Lisa J. Casey, 45, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving at an unsafe speed and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Nov. 14 by Buffalo Township police.
Amber M. Doller-Smith, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 21 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Doller-Smith was ordered to pay $294 in fines and court costs.
Samuel M. Dubnansky, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed Dec. 17.
Alicia A. Fleeger, 43, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 31 by state police.
Keith T. Hohman, 22, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and speeding, filed Dec. 17 by Penn Township police. Hohman was ordered to pay $669.50 in fines and court costs.
Marc D. Mook, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and terroristic threats, filed Dec. 2 by state police.
Brian S. Schuller, 41, of Herman waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Oct. 31 by state police.
Richard L. Steward, 58, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 19 by state police.
Steven Warrene, 40, of Valencia was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 8 in a private complaint by Deneane Wiles.
Lance C. Wheeler, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, and a lane violation, filed Jan. 7 by state police.
