Elva Crowley, 77, of Oil City, formerly of Butler, died at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday at the UPMC Northwest Medical Center in Seneca following an illness.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and under the direction of the Hile-Best Funeral Home Inc. of Seneca, Cranberry Township, Venango County.
