Conference at Pitt will focus on cybersecurity
PITTSBURGH — The Western Pennsylvania 2012 Cybersecurity Conference will occur from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 29 at the University Club at the University of Pittsburgh.
The free conference will provide a forum for experts in cybersecurity, analysts, investigators, prosecutors and private industry professionals to discuss trends in cybercrime; examine their impact on national security; and determine how to curb the growing cyber threat.
Industry, academic and government experts will speak there.
Participation is limited to 200, and advance registration is required.
