Heck

M. Jean Heck, 89, formerly of Butler, died Monday afternoon at the Vincentian Regency Home in Allison Park.

Born Oct. 2, 1919, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late David W. and Minnie (Turgeon) Campbell.

She had worked as a computer operator for the Butler Eagle until her retirement in 1984, was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler and also the Beta Sigma Phi Business sorority.

Surviving are her daughter, Kathryn Chatfield of North Hills; two grandsons, James A. (Denisia) Chatfield of San Diego, Calif., and Jeffrey A. (Denise) Chatfield of Newton, Mass.; five great-grandchildren; and a niece, Marcia J. Campbell of Pasadena, Md.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, M. Janice Campbell, who died Oct. 13, 2007; her grandson, David A. Chatfield, who died, Sept. 21, 1998; and her nephew, William R. Campbell.

<B>Heck </B>— There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial for M. Jean Heck, who died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler. Entombment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Butler.The St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers will meet at 9:40 a.m. Saturday at the church to recite the rosary.Arrangements are by the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E.
