Police Reports as of Aug. 5
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 22 — Sammantha Layne Boucher, 39, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 15 traffic stop. Police said Boucher had a crack pipe.
July 22 — George Charles Early, 57, of Hilliards, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 15 traffic stop. Police said Early had a crack pipe.
July 26 — Blase Anthony Fusco, 63, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure following a July 26 incident. Police said Fusco urinated in front of a woman while she was in her car and touched himself inappropriately.
July 9 — Amber Lee Suman, 45, of Spring Church, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and retail theft following a June 16 incident. Police said Suman had two hydrocodone pills and stole $173.83 in merchandise from Walmart.
July 20 — Isaiah Hernandez-Agront, 21, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor possession of an instrument of a crime following a July 10 incident. Police said Hernandez-Agront had bar code stickers for merchandise. Police said Hernandez-Agront stole $2,957.10 in merchandise using someone else’s information.
July 21 — Rebekah Marie Schaelchin, 31, of Cranberry Township, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 4 traffic stop. Police said Schaelchin had a blood alcohol content of 0.214%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 22 — Robert Owen Emswiler Jr., 74, of Hilton Head Island, S.C., was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 4 crash. Police said Emswiler had a blood alcohol content of 0.109%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 22 — Leroy Henry Goepfert, 46, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 18 traffic stop. Police said Goepfert had a blood alcohol content of 0.17%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 22 — Daniel Nabona Mukaabya, 39, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of insurance fraud and theft following a Feb. 2 incident. Police said Mukaabya attempted to submit a claim for $2,074.88 for old damage.
July 21 — Dominic Adam Times, 42, was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a July 21 traffic stop. Police said Times had a digital scale, over 7 ounces of marijuana, a syringe of marijuana oil and two grinders.
Aug. 3 — Cody Raymond Christy, 35, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing police and numerous summary traffic violations following a July 17 incident. Police said Christy fled from police, ran multiple stop signs and exceeded the speed limit.
July 23 — Jennifer Combs McKnight, 55, of Evans City, was charged with five misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 13 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said McKnight had a blood alcohol content of 0.097%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 21 — Tyler Dakota Tebay, 31, of Cabot, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 20 incident in Winfield Township. Police said Tebay threw a woman on the ground.
July 22 — Mylan Marie Green, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 22 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Green had a glass smoking device.
July 22 — Zachari Lamar Roth, 42, of Hermitage, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 22 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Roth had a clear smoking pipe.
July 22 — Tina Marie Davies, 41, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 16 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Davies had suspected crack and a clear glass pipe.
