Police reports as of Sept. 16

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Aug. 24 — Ann Weber, 72, of Middlesex Township, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a July 6 crash. Police said Weber crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.

Aug. 24 — Daionna Gibson, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony possession with intent to distribute controlled substances following an Aug. 20 traffic stop. Police said Gibson had about 6½ ounces of suspected marijuana and related paraphernalia.

Aug. 26 — Michelle Dutoit Nortier, 37, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor simple assault counts following an Aug. 25 incident. Police said Nortier hit a woman and pulled her hair and bit a man.

Butler

Aug. 25 — Hugh Alexander Pushko, 50, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of hindering apprehension, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 23 incident. Police said Pushko refused to surrender a person with an active warrant and had a brick of suspected fentanyl and related paraphernalia.

Aug. 25 — William Lynn Lyons, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 10 incident. Police said Lyons punched a man multiple times.

Aug. 26 — Russell Kuriger, 21, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 6 crash. Police said Kuriger had a blood alcohol content of 0.212%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 26 — Michael James Smith Sr., 52, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 19 incident. Police said Smith was carrying drug paraphernalia.

State police, Butler

Aug. 24 — Garrett Elliott Zuver, 29, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock following an Aug. 15 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Zuver was operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock.

Aug. 26 — Gary J. Tichansky, 41, of Oakland Township, was charged with felony false written statement and misdemeanor statement under penalty following a July 8 incident in Oakland Township. Police said Tichansky answered falsely on a firearms application.

Zelienople

Aug. 25 — Matthew Thomas Majeski, 30, of Fombell, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 20 traffic stop. Police said Majeski had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
