Police reports as of Oct. 1
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Sept. 6 — Jeffrey Lamont Davenport, 36, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a Sept. 5 incident. Police said Davenport was talking to himself and flailing his arms in public.
Sept. 3 — Justin Allen Myers, 36, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 1 incident. Police said Myers tested positive for cocaine.
Aug. 29 — Matthew George Born, 44, of Middlesex Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 29 traffic stop. Police said Born had 10 empty stamp bags and one full stamp bag without a label.
Aug. 31 — Corinne P. Crivella, 45, of Allison Park, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 29 traffic stop. Police said Crivella had five empty stamp bags, another possibly full stamp bag and related paraphernalia.
Sept. 11 — Frank Arthur Sanders, 47, of McKees Rocks, was charged with misdemeanor receiving stolen property following a Sept. 11 traffic stop. Police said Sanders had someone else’s license plate.
Sept. 8 — Christian Anthony Pascarella, 20, of Ohio, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 23 traffic stop. Police said Pascarella had a blood alcohol content of 0.122%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 2 — David Andrew Slomers, 60, of Connoquenessing Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 25 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Slomers had a blood alcohol content of 0.122%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 2 — Reed Mathew Scott, 21, of Meridian, was charged with felony firearms not to be carried without a license and one misdemeanor count each of DUI and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 28 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Scott had two handguns, an open marijuana package and showed signs of impairment.
Sept. 3 — Charles Edward Feitl, 61, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 28 incident. Police said Feitl had 15 stamp bags and related paraphernalia.
Sept. 3 — Christopher S. Fleske, 56, of Butler Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 5 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Fleske had a blood alcohol content of 0.088%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 8 — Adin John Knichel, 18, of Cranberry Township, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 6 traffic stop in Worth Township. Police said Knichel had a blood alcohol content of 0.129%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 8 — Craig Nuss, 68, of Grove City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 20 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Nuss tested positive for Gabapentin, which affects the central nervous system.
Sept. 8 — Aidan E. Lozano-Hilliard, 22, of Center Township, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 13 traffic stop in Chicora. Police said Lozano-Hilliard had six THC vapes, tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.113%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 9 — William Alex McLay, 41, of Jefferson Township, was charged with two felony counts of child endangerment and two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 20 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said McLay had two children in the vehicle and a blood alcohol content of 0.2%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
