Chase C. Yetka Wagner, 6, of Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County, passed away Monday at his home, after a courageous fight with pediatric cancer.

Born May 29, 2003, in Ellwood City, he was a son of Christopher L. Wagner and Tiffany S. (Yetka) Wagner and lived in Allegheny Township for the past two years.

He was a member of Community Church of Pine Run in Washington Township, Westmoreland County.

Chase attended kindergarten at the Allegheny Hyde Park Elementary School.

He enjoyed being outdoors and playing with his family. He loved fishing and his chocolate Lab, Abby. He was a fan of country and bluegrass music. He was a great, big brother to Cody.

He is survived by his mother of Allegheny Township; his father of New Castle; his brother, Cody D. Wagner of Allegheny Township; his maternal grandparents, Randy and Judy Yetka of Allegheny Township; his paternal grandparents, Lee and Rhonda Wagner of New Wilmington; his maternal great-grandparents, Joseph and Joan Yetka of Allegheny Township; his paternal great-grandfather, C. Wayne Wagner of New Wilmington; his maternal great-grandmother, Mary Young of Freeport; his aunt, Dawn Stewart of New Wilmington; and many other loving family members.

Yetka Wagner, who died Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at <B>CURRAN-SHAFFER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY</B>, 100 Owens View Ave., Apollo.
