Delores Jean Plyler, 65, of Chicora passed away Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 13, 1944, in Morgantown, W.Va., the daughter of the late Warren and Gertrude Taylor.

She enjoyed crossword puzzles and bingo.

Surviving are two sons, Robert Plyler of Chicora and Tony Allison of Prospect; a daughter, Rhonda Edinger of Lancaster; a daughter-in-law, Nicole Plyler of Chicora; her companion, Hugh Ryan of Chicora; a sister, Dorothy Leslein of Florida; a brother, John Taylor of Ohio; a number of grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Plyler, who died Jan. 30, 1984; a brother, and a granddaughter.
