Police reports as of July 20

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

July 6 — Jeffrey Charles Conway, 58, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 23 traffic stop. Police said Conway had a blood alcohol content of 0.127%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler

July 6 — Kelly Lee Ann Edwards, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following a July 3 incident. Police said Edwards provided a false name.

July 6 — Raymond Christopher Robinson, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a June 24 incident. Police said Robinson smashed an iPhone valued at $929.99.

July 7 — Jeffrey Mark Lamantia, 58, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a July 7 incident. Police said Lamantia failed to follow commands from police and was in an area where he had be told not to return.

July 8 — Jeffrey Mark Lamantia, 58, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a July 8 incident. Police said Lamantia was lying on a road with alcohol containers around him.

Buffalo Twp

July 6 — Robert Blain Horkey, 28, of Tarentum, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a July 2 incident. Police said Horkey had a prescription drug that was not prescribed to him.

Butler Twp

July 7 — Jesse John King, 29, of Butler, was charged with felony failure to verify addresses following a June 30 report. Police said King failed to update his address with the Megan’s Law registry.

Cranberry Twp

July 9 — Erica Dawn Romo, 44, of Ambridge, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft and retail theft conspiracy, and one misdemeanor count each of possession of an instrument of a crime, possession of an instrument of a crime conspiracy and receiving stolen property following a May 8 incident. Police said Romo stole $290.97 in merchandise from Walmart.

Middlesex Twp

July 7 — Caleb Richard McKee, 30, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a July 6 incident. Police said McKee punched a woman in the face.

State police, Butler

July 6 — Ryan Paul Ehrman, 25, of Harmony, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and disorderly conduct following a July 3 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Ehrman showed signs of impairment and was found walking down a street away from the person he was released to.

July 6 — Daniel P. Rudibaugh, 36, of Salem, Ohio, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 5 incident in Harrisville. Police said Rudibaugh had a blood alcohol content of 0.252%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 6 — Jerome James Lynch, 49, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 12 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Lynch had a blood alcohol content of 0.105%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 7 — Steven Franklin Hudson, 38, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of trespassing, loitering and disorderly conduct following a July 6 incident in Penn Township. Police said Hudson was seen walking around a neighbor’s property after being told not to return.

July 7 — Paul Glenn France Jr., 35, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a May 29 traffic stop. Police said France had a THC vape device, tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.112%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 7 — Alexander Mich Kocko Jr., 33, of Lyndora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a June 15 traffic stop. Police said Kocko had two containers of THC wax, three marijuana cigarettes and a homemade smoking device.
