The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

July 6 — Brian Edwin Leinenbach, 54, of Butler, was charged with felony trespassing and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 30 incident. Police said Leinenbach was found in a condemned building with a glass smoking device.

July 6 — Kristal Lynn Leinenbach, 40, of Butler, was charged with felony trespassing and misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following a June 30 incident. Police said Leinenbach was found in a condemned building and identified herself using a false name.

July 5 — Dominic Matt Berarducci, 20, of Erie, was charged with felony evading arrest and one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal mischief following a July 4 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Berarducci punched a man in the face and pulled away from and ran from police.
